Online consultation (first and follow-up)
First and follow-up consultations to understand your current situation, needs and possible directions for further support.
- emotional crisis
- anxiety and low mood
- relationship difficulties

I support adults, young adults, couples and families in moments of anxiety, crisis, low mood and relationship difficulties. My work is calm, attentive and respectful of the pace of the person seeking help.

I graduated in psychology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, specialising in psychotherapy of mental disorders and sexology. I completed psychotherapy training at the Jagiellonian University in an integrative and psychodynamic approach.
My experience includes work with couples facing infertility, people at risk of exclusion, incarcerated people and their families, young adults, and people experiencing depressive, anxiety and personality-related difficulties.
Therapy does not have to begin with a ready-made diagnosis. Choose the area closest to your situation, and during the first consultation we can agree on an appropriate form of online support.
